IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We hope you love your Fitness Flair products as much as we do! However, if you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below:
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact.
- Items that are used, damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
If you wish to initiate a return, kindly click here to access our return/exchange form. Once you have submitted the form, please notify our customer support team. Upon receipt of your submitted form, we will reach out to you via a separate email, providing you with additional instructions.
(IMPORTANT) Please keep the following points in mind:
- The cost of return shipping will not be covered and will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Any returns received after this period may be rejected and returned to you.
- It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number and proof of postage for future reference. Inside the package, please include the order number and exchange inquiry on a piece of paper to expedite the process.
- The specific cost of return shipping varies depending on the country.
- For an exchange, the difference will be return back via PAYNOW.
- All the items bought on sale cannot be returned

REFUND POLICY
Here's what you need to know about our refund policy:
- Refunds will be issued in a form of PAYNOW in 3-7 business days we have received and processed your return successfully.
- We strongly advise that you gather all essential information and carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.
Exceptions:
- We carefully check every product before it ships to you, but sometimes things can slip through the cracks. If you receive a product with a defect, we're here to make it right.
