What shipping options do you offer?

We offer several shipping options including standard shipping at $5, expedited shipping at $8.

If you would like to arrange for a collection at our location, shipping fee will be omitted.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 11pm will be shipped the next day.

(except Fridays - Sundays, public holidays and otherwise stated)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you choose and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping will arrive the next business day.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible and choosing expedited shipping. Alternatively, drop us a whatsapp and we can arrange a meetup / collection for your order, depending on availability.
