• Machine Wash Cold: Use cold water on a gentle cycle to prevent fabric damage and maintain elasticity.
• Use Mild Detergent: Opt for a gentle detergent to preserve the fabric's integrity. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can affect moisture-wicking properties.
• Wash with Similar Fabrics: Wash with other activewear or similar lightweight fabrics to avoid abrasion.
• Avoid Bleach: Do not use bleach, as it can weaken the fibres and discolour the material.
• Lay Flat to Dry: Air-dry flat to maintain shape and prevent shrinkage. Avoid wringing out the fabric.
• Avoid High Heat: Do not tumble dry or iron, as heat can damage the elastane fibres.
